ZDR Investments SG VCC Fact Sheet Released

Date: July 1, 2024

We have released an updated fact sheet introducing ZDR Investments SG VCC and detailing our activities for the first half of 2024.

The fact sheet contains an introduction to ZDR Investments and our mission in Singapore. It explains the master-feeder fund structure that allows South East Asian investors to benefit from a portfolio of Central and Eastern European (CEE)-based commercial real estate aligned with their local investment environment.

An important part of the introduction is an overview of the Master Fund, showcasing key figures such as property income, assets under management (AUM), and occupancy rates. It also includes various statistics and graphs—for example, a comparison of the master fund’s growth to REIT indices in terms of performance.

The Master Fund portfolio primarily comprises grocery-anchored retail parks, a concept popular in Europe but not widely known in Singapore. Therefore, we explain the concept of European retail parks with a portfolio sample and provide a summary of investment activities from the last six months.

Our goal is a sustainable real estate portfolio. That’s why we have included a section dedicated to our ESG strategy and, more importantly, specific goals in the field of sustainability.
