We founded ZDR Investments in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, a European Union member state, in 2017. Since then, we have applied our many years of experience in real estate development, banking and law.   

During the six years of our group's history, we have become a major player in the field of real estate funds in our region. We have launched 3 successful funds with resilient, highly diversified portfolios, have expanded into 6 international markets, and our portfolio has reached a value of more than EUR 500 million.

Founders

Zdeněk Prázdný

Zdeněk is responsible for development of new projects and looks for further acquisition opportunities on the market. He is the founder of the Traxial Group, in which he has completed dozens of projects in the field of commercial development.

Radek Hladký

Radek manages the ZDR Investments group, sourcing and structuring new acquisitions. He co-founded the Z/C/H Legal law office, which has provided advice, mostly to multinational clients, on real estate transactions worth almost CZK 100 billion over more than 15 years of its existence. 

Roman Latuske

Roman manages expansion onto Western markets and develops relationships with key business partners. He studied banking in Wiesbaden and worked in commercial real estate financing at DePfa-Bank and HYPO-BANK. He has 20 years of experience working in senior management positions at the Mafra and Economia media houses.

Ondrej manages the finances and operations of ZDR Investments funds in his position as Executive Director.

We manage a large long-term portfolio in 6 European markets with more than 200 sector-varied tenants. We carefully select the assets and tenants for the portfolio. Quality assets and tenants ensure stable long-term appreciation of the invested funds, which is why we select them with such care.
