2024 Investment Teaser Released

Date: February 26, 2025

Our investment teaser packs all the key insights into just six pages—covering our fund strategy, portfolio highlights, and long-term vision.

With the start of the new year, we’ve released an updated version of the investment fact-sheet, featuring 2024 calendar year results and the latest figures, including LTV, number of investors, asset value, and WALE.

A major addition to this edition is the new investment options section, introducing the recently launched Dividend Class—a compelling alternative to the traditional Growth Class.

A significant portion of the teaser also explores the phenomenon of European retail parks—a thriving asset class across Europe and popular in the U.S. and Australia as strip malls, yet relatively uncommon in dense urban environments like Singapore. You’ll gain insight into why retail parks are such an attractive investment opportunity, along with examples from our diverse portfolio of 42 commercial properties across six European countries, complete with occupancy rates and WALE figures.

Of course, sustainability remains a top priority. As we continue building a sustainable commercial real estate portfolio, this update also highlights our progress in photovoltaic installations and our broader commitment.
