New Phase Opens at Prevalje Retail Park

ZDR Investments has completed the expansion of its retail park in Prevalje, Slovenia, further strengthening the long-term income profile of the asset within the ZDR Master Fund portfolio. The newly delivered phase adds close to 1,000 m² of additional lettable space and enhances the retail offering with three well-established tenants.
The Prevalje project forms part of a broader acquisition completed in northern Slovenia, near the Austrian border, which marked ZDR Investments’ entry into its sixth European market. These assets were acquired with a clearly defined value-creation strategy, combining stable cash flow generation with selective development and sustainability upgrades.
As part of this strategy, a 300 kWp rooftop photovoltaic power plant was commissioned at the Slovenj Gradec retail park in 2025. The installation supports lower operating costs, improves energy efficiency, and contributes to the overall environmental performance of the asset.
The December opening of the new phase in Prevalje represents the next step in this active asset management approach. The expansion delivers 939 m² of new retail space, allowing the tenant mix to be broadened with recognised brands while responding to the everyday needs of the local catchment area.
