New Dividend Class Launched
A new investment class offers investors from Singapore and beyond the option of a reliable once-a-year dividend payment. Investors joining during the initial subscription period (January to March) will benefit from a 0% entry fee.
ZDR Investments SG VCC has established itself as a convenient way to diversify portfolios with euro-based commercial real estate. Today, we are expanding our investment options with a new class that focuses on annual dividend payments. Investors can now choose between the compounding effect of growth or reliable dividend payouts.
The Dividend Class launches today, with the subscription period open until the end of March. Early investors will enjoy a 0% entrance fee. The minimum subscription is set at €100,000, with a three-year lock-up period during which no redemption of participating shares is allowed.

“After numerous discussions with our Singapore partners, investors, and insights gathered at industry conferences, it became clear that a Dividend Class was the most requested feature. We took this feedback to heart and introduced it to offer our investors greater flexibility and tailored options,” explained Ondřej Sychrovský, Member of the Board of Directors of ZDR Investments.
Drawing on our experience in the European investment environment, where we have successfully managed a Dividend Class for several years, we expect the new Dividend Class to achieve a 7.5% annual return. The first dividend payout is scheduled for March 2026.
